Tom Swann also led the effort to place a brick paver for LGBT Veterans at the California veterans memorial at the state capitol in Sacramento, California. 32 republican state legislators signed a letter requesting Governor Gray Davis remove the paver. Gov. Davis opted to keep the paver in place. |  |
